Nothing is more important to us than making sure your decision to move into our community meets your expectations and satisfaction. We understand you truly might not know if this is the best decision for you until you actually move into your new apartment.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with our community within the first 30 days of your move-in date and decide this is not the best living situation for you, we will refund your community deposit and any rent you have paid. Our mission is to treat you as we would like to be treated, and we are serious about meeting the highest levels of your expectations.
At any time after those first 30 days if we do not meet your expectations, you can elect to leave our community whenever you would like. Your stay with us is on a month-to-month basis; we do not and will not lock you into a long-term lease. All we ask is a 30-day notice so we can help you transition from our community to a place where you feel more comfortable.
